What is Animal Flow?

Animal Flow® is an innovative new fitness program that combines quadrupedal and ground based movements with influences from various bodyweight training disciplines to create a fun, challenging, multi-planar workout.
If you practice Animal Flow you will discover a better connection to your body, an improved understanding of how your body is linked whilst enjoying increased mobility, flexibility, strength, stability, power, endurance, skill and neuromuscular communication.

Quite a few benefits hey? In a nutshell, practicing Animal Flow makes you a stronger, fitter, better connected, better moving human. Who wouldn’t want that?!

Beginners start by getting familiar with the three key animal positions – Ape, Beast and Crab – before practicing how to transition between these. The complexity of transitions and the addition of the other movements then get added to create flows.

Animal Flow Limerick includes a wide range of exercises and movement combinations that are grouped into six components, each designed to elicit specific results.

1. Wrist mobilisation

3. Form Specific Stretches
4. Traveling Forms
5. Switches and Transitions
6. Flow
