Personal training is the most specific, on-target way to improve your health, fitness, strength, physical transformation and movement skills.
Personal training fits where there is a very particular goal. Like shaping up with a transformation program, preparation for a special event, recovery from injury or illness, or just getting started into exercise under the guidance of a professional.
Maybe you want to focus on strength and conditioning, learning how to use kettlebells or immersing into Natural Movement aka MovNat, Animal Flow where you receive the full attention of the trainer.
Whatever your healthy needs and gaols, there are options to suit everyone.
STARTING UP
Regardless of your experience and abilities, I always start with a movement screen. This session includes a very simple yet comprehensive look at how your body moves you. This allows me to see any red flags or priorities and gives me a more clear starting point and program design.
The program I build is a personalised, progressive exercise program directed at your goals and needs. If you need nutrition coaching too, I can provide you with a phased nutritional plan. Much like the exercise plan this will help form a healthy foundation to progress from, the nutritional plan will address where you need to start and progress you onwards.

12 week Phased Nutrition program €100 one-off payment
